A man's body has been found in the driveway of a home in Sydney's west.

The victim has been described as being in his early 20s, and has suspected stab wounds.

Police said they were treating the death as suspicious.

Police said they were called to Bossley Park around 11pm on Saturday after reports that a man was running around the streets. On arrival, they could not find the reported man.

Shortly before 11.30pm, emergency services were called to a nearby home at Bossley Park where they found a man's body. Police believe the two incidents are related.

Detectives have established a crime scene, and local police and the homocide squad are continuing their investigations.

The body has not been formally identified.
